Colleen M. McCafferty (she/her/Ms.) is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the federal U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. 


Ms. McCafferty is also a registered attorney with the Executive Offices of Immigration Review (EOIR) eRegistry system, which permits her to practice law in federal immigration court proceedings in any US jurisdiction. 


Ms. McCafferty currently works part-time for Giampolo Law Group, which serves the LGBTQ+ community and those that love us, and has developed her practice in PA and NJ to include legal name changes, uncontested dissolutions and confirmatory adoptions.


Ms. McCafferty is open to new opportunities, including hearing coverage, per diem and contract services for other law firms.
